The property is only 25 minutes from Helen and 35 minutes from Gainesville, GA.
Climate
Dahlonega’s climate is mild and temperate, characterized by four distinct seasons with some of the best weather in the spring and fall months. Summers are warm, with temperatures averaging in the mid-80s, but with 1,700’ in elevation, it does offer a reprieve at times during the summer to the more humid temperatures just a little south of the property. Winters are cool, with highs typically in the 40s and 50s, with occasional light snowfall. Annual rainfall is 61 inches.
